Sultan Al Shene has run the operation personally since the Aberdeen years, through the factory period and into the holding formed in 1995.

Rashid now carries daily operations, logistics and supply, the layer that keeps the continuity visible day to day rather than only on paper.

The record here is deliberately narrow: it exists to confirm who has run this business, not to restate the full family or trade history already on the hub.
